The interaction between food, nutrition, and human disease is a rapidly evolving area of research. The Winter School’s program “Food & Health” will bridge the gap between different disciplines by offering a strong multidisciplinary environment, where students will have the opportunity to follow a variety of sequentially related courses on food quality and health. This Winter School program focusses on the most relevant aspects of food quality and human nutrition, in order to understand how they are related and how they affect human health, through dietary habits.
