My name is Zachary Gersten and I am doctoral student in the Department of Nutritional Sciences of the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, I was a program administrator for the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy. I received my MPH in Global Health and BA in Biology from the Boston University. My research interests are fish and fisheries, food systems sustainability, and nutrition across the life course.
